Setting Boundaries
A boundary is a line of respect. It’s a limitation that you put on certain behaviors that you do not like or want. You can verbally and nonverbally communicate how you want to be treated.
Your friend posts a photo of you with your shirt off, captioning it, “Hot Bod. Come get some.” It was taken when you were hanging out at their house. You are embarrassed and had no idea they were going to post this picture.
