Consequences: What happens because of something you did or said, either good or bad. For example, being kind might make someone happy, while being mean could hurt their feelings.
Boundaries: The rules or limits we set to feel safe and comfortable with others. Boundaries help us know what is okay and not okay in a friendship or interaction.
Trusted Adult: A grown-up you can count on to help you, like a parent, teacher, or coach. They are someone you feel safe talking to if you have a problem or need advice.
Viral: When something, like a video or picture, spreads really fast to a lot of people online. It can happen when a bunch of people share or talk about it at the same time.
Respect: Respect means treating others the way you want to be treated. You can do this by listening to someone when they speak and being kind and fair. It can also mean understanding that we all have different feelings, opinions, and personal space.
Empathy: Understanding how someone else feels and showing you care, or trying to imagine what it’s like to be in someone else’s shoes.
Withdrawn: When someone pulls away from others and seems very quiet or doesn’t want to talk much. This can happen if they feel sad, scared, or worried about something.
